Car Show

Car Show setup is in conjunction with the Fallen Heroes Memorial Run. All proceeds go towards the purchase of a memorial to be built on site at Mercer County Courthouse.

Date/Time: June 5^th 2010 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Setup: 8:30 AM

Sponsor: Fallen Heroes Memorial Fund

Also if a car show entry wants to participate in the activities inside VFW and have dinner the cost is $6.00 person.

The undersigned exhibitor hereby applies for car space at the above named show and encloses payment herein. Mercer County Fallen Heroes Memorial Run, its workers, the sponsor, and Volant VFW Post 7465, shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to exhibitor, its agents or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Exhibitor waives any claim against Mercer County Fallen Heroes Memorial Run, its workers, the sponsor, and Volant VFW Post 7465, and assumes all liability for loss or damage to exhibitor’s property entrusted to the premises. Exhibitors shall hold Mercer County Fallen Heroes Memorial Run, its workers, the sponsor, and Volant VFW Post 7465 harmless and shall indemnify Mercer County Fallen Heroes Memorial Run, its workers, the sponsor, and Volant VFW Post 7465, against all liability or expenses arising out of any claim of injury or damage to any person or property, together with all cost in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney’s fees. The above mentioned parties will not be held responsible if show is canceled for any reason.
